Above and Beyond Your Service Package
Our editors and Client Services Representatives will be very upfront with you concerning the number of hours they believe your job will require. They will then make every effort to keep you informed of progress made. Editors will make every effort to get the project completed within the contracted amount of work time.
In the event that your project appears to be too large to finish within the contracted time allowed, or if you choose to add editing and copy writing beyond the word limit specified in your package, the customer has two options:
- The first option is to come to an agreement with the editor as to a good place to finish the rewrite. Our editors are very aware that your money is hard earned and will make every effort to make their exit from the rewrite process non-evident from the web surfer's point of view. It is our goal to ensure your satisfaction, so hours worked will be stretched to your advantage. TRS would rather give up 30 - 45 minutes of editing or writing time in order to make sure you are willing to recommend our service to others.
- If the job is plainly going to take an additional 2 hours or more, your editor will make a recommendation to the Client Services department, you will be contacted concerning the pending overage to discuss your options for further payment.
Please understand that these two options will not sneak up on you after purchasing a specific service package. Your editor has strict instructions regarding the scope of their services within each of the given packages.
Before beginning your rewrite or other writing project, you and your Client Services Representative will come to an agreement about the length and intent of each section of your project In this way the editor can tailor his/her time according to both your company's needs and the rewriting package your company purchased.
