At TRS, our plans are designed to meet your company's specific needs. If you are unsure whether or not your site could benefit from a rewrite, our site assessment option will give you plenty of data to make the right decision. Plus, if you have a few or just minor mistakes that would take our editors under an hour, we’ll show those errors to you at no additional cost.

Our target customers are foreign corporations with webmasters in need of help communicating in English. We also serve domestic webmasters who are concerned with their content quality and written language skills. We will not recommend services you do not need. Our reputation depends on this integrity and all editors take this very seriously.

Client Services will be instrumental in coordinating the work of your content editor to specifically match your wants and needs concerning your web content. Once service needs are established, your designated content editor's first mission will be to go through your entire website correcting spelling and grammar.

Depending on your needs or wishes, your content editor will also spend time expanding and clarifying product descriptions, making them grab your customers' attention. Product descriptions will be aimed at your target demographic. The enhanced product descriptions will help customers imagine how your products can be used. Technical information will also be updated to your specifications in an easy to read standard format.

Site Assessment

Let our staff read your entire site, then create a custom report telling you:

        •    Average misspelled words per page
        •    Number of grammatical errors
        •    Readability level
        •    Whether or not your site effectively communicates with your target audience

The Site Assessment package allows you to see if a rewrite is or is not necessary for your website. If you decide a rewrite will be required, the price of the Site Assessment will be deducted from the price of the rewrite package you choose. Website Rewrite Solutions

We offer four choices of website rewriting. Here's an overview:

The Basic Rewrite is designed for the company that has specific copywriting needs and knows how they want their rewriting time spent.

Our Standard Rewrite is aimed at companies that have multiple pages of product descriptions in need of rewriting. These companies often have home pages and other company description pages in need of help with spelling, grammar and cohesive writing style.

The Premium Rewrite is for large sites with one hundred to many hundreds of product descriptions in need of rewriting. Companies with smaller product lines use the Premium Rewrite to dramatically increase the detail and technical descriptions of their products. This is done in order to ensure that customers are comfortable buying products that they know will meet their needs. Because of it's large amount of additional copywriting (10,000 words), this plan is also used to create new content driven webpages. Our Project Builder package is meant for companies undergoing major changes in their web presence. This package can be used to upgrade an entire website's written content or to launch a website for a company that hasn't previously had an English based web presence. Large projects like this require multiple revisions and the commitment of a dedicated editor as well as company proofreaders and a Client Services Representative to ensure that your company's needs are well taken care of. The Project Builder package is offered as a 3 month subscription. Due to it's high service content, the Project Builder package is our best value.

Project Builder Service Description

The Project Builder Package is meant to be used by companies who are just beginning to create an English speaking targeted website. Other websites also request this package when upgrading a complete website that is a number of years old and in need fresh content. In these cases, new content is created while retaining the integrity the site has already established. The Project Builder option is sold as a 3 month subscription. Subscriptions can be renewed in order to extend or expand the rewrite process.
